VIRA Bharat Opportunities Fund
VIRA Bharat Opportunities Fund – a Scheme of VIRA AIF Trust is the first scheme of Vira AIF Trust, which is registered with SEBI as a Category II AIF. The scheme is managed by Veenavadini Fincom Private Limited, a company established under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, as its Investment Manager. Veenavadini Fincom Private Limited is also the Sponsor of the Fund.
The Scheme has been launched with the objective of making private equity investments in entities/companies engaged in any sector or segment with focus on SME segment including listed, unlisted, proposed to be listed securities on SME segment as well as on normal segment as permissible under the Regulation.
