Mr. Sobhag Mal Jain is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 37 years of experience in the financial sector. Over the course of his distinguished career, he has held key positions across diverse functions, showcasing deep expertise in finance, taxation, and strategic management. Beginning as a Marketing Manager and rising through leadership ranks, he served as the Executive Director of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), where he played a pivotal role in LIC’s landmark Initial Public Offering (IPO).

Mr. Jain has extensive experience in equity research, having analysed over 500 companies, including detailed research for PSU companies and their IPOs. He has closely tracked and contributed to insights on NIFTY 500 and BSE 500 indices. His expertise also spans debt markets, encompassing NCDs, corporate bonds, consortium finance, and project finance.

With a strong foundation in finance, accounts, and taxation, Mr. Jain brings strategic acumen and a deep understanding of financial intricacies that have consistently contributed to organizational success and sustainable growth.

He currently serves on the Board of Choice International Limited, where he continues to offer strategic guidance rooted in decades of financial acumen and market understanding.

Mr. Ronak Bhupendra Haria is a Chartered Accountant with over nine years of experience in finance & fund accounting. Previously worked at SS&C GlobeOp. Known for his analytical prowess, attention to detail, he is adept at ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and optimizing financial performance.

Mr. Kaushal Kumar Agarwal, a Chartered Accountant & NISM-certified professional, having experience of Accounting, audit & taxation and financial analysis, compliance and investment evaluation. Apart from compliance & operations, he looks after the entire investment process of the AIF.

Mr. Varunsingh Thakur, an MBA and Master of Commerce, having over six years of experience across the service, education, fintech, and capital markets sectors. He has worked at Motilal Oswal Financial Services. He looks after AIF operations and managing investments.
