Vira Bharat Opportunities Fund is the first scheme of Vira AIF Trust, which is registered with SEBI as a Category II AIF. The scheme is managed by Veenavadini Fincom Private Limited, a company established under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, as its Investment Manager. Veenavadini Fincom Private Limited is also the Sponsor of the Fund.
